Our 2026 harvest is an exciting drop having won GOLD at the prestigious New York Olive Oil Competition in April for it’s flavour and composition. This maintains Phileos as one of the best olive oils in the world.

This harvest also has a very high phenolic content with the bio-active phenols being calculated at 917mg/kg.

The flavour profile of this year’s harvest is a delicate balance of sweet and sharp taste. There are hints of almond, artichoke, fig leaf and walnut with the pepperiness from the high levels of polyphenols.
