We believe the real Mediterranean diet is about more than just eating fresh wholesome food and plenty of olive oil. It's about living every day like it's summer in Greece. Growing your own vegetables and cooking them with love and savouring the moments of meals shared with friends and family.
Here are a collection of recipes that my family make and share together. Adjustments have been made by my fussy eaters, and recipes have been added by cherished friends but one thing is certain: these meals are always prepared with love & lots of olive oil.
